Fast (Homemade) Food

Ditch fast food restaurants and choose to make your own quick and easy on-the-go meals! People think this will take too much time and cost too much, but ONIE’s recipes use minimal ingredients that you might already have in your pantry, are under 30 minutes, and are full of flavor. Banana Berry Parfait: start your day off right with 15 grams of protein and 2 servings of fruit that will help you stay full and focused throughout the morning. Also try our Strawberry Banana Parfait!  

Cheesy Breakfast Muffins: These muffins are filled with protein from the eggs and delicious flavors. They are also perfect to grab on-the-go. These are great to make on a Sunday and have for the mornings or snacks during the week.

Apple Tuna Sandwiches: This tasty sandwich is a great way to get healthy whole grains and lean protein. 

Chicken Ranch Pita: These pitas are great for lunch (or dinner) and can be packed the night before work or a busy day. You can also make a big batch of the chicken salad to snack on with crackers and veggies during the week.

Homemade Ranch Dip: Pair this recipe with whole grain crackers, carrots, celery sticks, or bell peppers as a delicious mid-day snack. This ranch is a great recipe for a delicious snack throughout the week.

Walnut Oat Crisp: Have a sweet tooth? This recipe is packed with fiber and healthy fast so you won’t be tempted by any sugary snacks.
