Local Trails in Mid-Del Area
Let’s get ready to get moving! We’re focusing on increasing our physical activity over the next six weeks to prepare for the Let’s Get Moving 5K on October 20 in Midwest City. The American Heart Association recommends moderate physical activity for at least 150 minutes each week to promote a healthy lifestyle and prevent disease. Walking is an accessible way to meet this goal!
Often the hardest part is figuring out where or what distance to walk. Check out the list below to find parks and trails in the Midwest City/Del City area. You can use these trails to prepare for the LGM 5K! We have listed the number of laps at each park that equals to 5K:
