Let’s Get Moving 5K

Join us at Let’s Get Moving on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Joe B. Barnes Regional Park in Midwest City, OK! Let’s Get Moving is FREE family fun. Enjoy physical activity as a family with free yoga, Zumba, health expo, and 5k walk/run! Registration opens September 1, 2024.

• LGM 5k: Sunday, October 20, 2024
• Location: Joe B. Barnes Regional Park, 8700 E Reno Ave, Midwest City, OK 73130
• Schedule:
  • 1:30 PM – Wellness Expo Opens
  • 1:45 PM – Yoga
  • 2:15 PM – Zumba
  • 3:00 PM – 5K and Story Walk (Provided by Midwest City Library)

• Packet Pickup: Midwest City YMCA (2817 N Woodcrest Dr.)
  • Friday (10/18) from 3:00 – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday (10/19) from 9:00 – 11:00 AM
