Preparation

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions. Fluff with a fork & set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 400℉. Spray a large foil-lined baking sheet with cooking spray & set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, prepare honey teriyaki sauce. Stir together all ingredients until combined. Add chicken, vegetables & oil. Gently toss until coated.
  4. Add chicken & vegetable mixture to baking sheet; bake 30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked. Serve over rice.

Tips

Change up the flavor with a different frozen vegetable mix!
