  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high. Add celery, onion & garlic. Sauté 2 minutes, or until soft.
  2. Add Italian seasoning & red pepper, sauté another 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, broth, & parmesan cheese. Simmer for 10 minutes. Ladle into bowls & serve.
