  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a square baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Heat a small skillet over low. Add peanut butter, 1/4 cup jelly & water. Cook 2-3 minutes or until smooth, stirring throughout.
  3. In a large bowl add oats & warm peanut butter mixture. Mix well.
  4. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish & top with remaining jelly. Bake 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven & let cool 10 minutes. Slice into 12 bars & serve!
