Preparation

I love all of your recipes. I am in Cardio rehab therefore I need all low sodium recipes. Trying to learn to live without salt. Nothin tastes right or hood without it. So far I have copied 70 of them.
I think I may be right behind you. I eat salt on just about EVERYthing. Can’t hardly eat without it?!!
