Preparation
1. Prepare rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
2. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium. Add garlic, onion & cumin. Cook 3-5 min or until onions are tender. Add ham, pepper & broth. Mix well. Cook 3-5 min or until pepper are crisp-tender.
3. Add tomatoes & beans. Cook 5-7 min. Add cilantro & cook 3-5 min.
4. Serve beans over rice.
