  1. Preheat oven broiler. Remove papery husks from tomatillos & rinse well.
  2. Lightly coat a foil-lined baking sheet with cooking spray. Cut tomatillos in half & place cut side down on baking sheet. Add jalapeños & garlic cloves. Broil 5-7 minutes to lightly brown the skins of the tomatillos.
  3. Place cooked tomatillos, jalapeños, garlic, lime juice, onion & cilantro in a blender. Pulse until all ingredients are finely chopped & serve!
