Preparation
1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, water & cornstarch. Set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp oil over medium-high. Season chicken with pepper & add to skillet. Cook 4-5 minutes or until chicken is golden brown, stirring occasionally.
3. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in garlic & ginger. Add peas & carrots. Cook 4-5 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
4. Add soy sauce mixture & combine with stir fry. Remove from heat & serve immediately.
They all sound great, can’t wait to try ’em!
It says easy meals for beginners but what I’m looking for has the same name but there are only a few ingredients and very easy cooking instructions. This doesn’t look like what I’m looking for do you know the group this belongs to ?
