  1. In a large saucepan, heat milk on low 7-8 minutes. To avoid scorching, do not let milk boil & stir throughout.
  2. Stir in evaporated milk, chocolate chips, vanilla, cinnamon & cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly until chocolate chips melt & all ingredients are combined completely.
  3. Serve in your favorite mug!
