Preparation
- Cook couscous according to package instructions. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes, onions, cilantro & couscous. Mix well.
- In a small bowl, whisk together oil, juice, garlic powder, chili powder & cumin. Pour dressing over salad & toss to combine. Serve immediately. For a more intense flavor refrigerate 1-2 hours & serve chilled.
