- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients & mix well. Add wet ingredients to bowl & continue mixing until there are no dry spots.
- Heat large skillet on low-heat. Lightly coat skillet with cooking spray & pour ¼ cup of pancake batter. When pancake starts to bubble & settle, flip over. Makes a total of 6 pancakes.
