1. Lightly coat a square glass baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange steaks evenly in dish, loosely cover with wax paper & microwave on high 3 minutes.
2. Turn steaks over & microwave another 3 minutes or until almost done. Drain if needed.
3. Top each steak with salsa. Cover & microwave on high 2-3 minutes or until salsa is hot.
4. Serve over tortillas, top with cheese & avocado slices. Enjoy!

To prepare cube steak on the stovetop, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. add the four portions of steak and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Top steak with salsa and heat in the microwave or oven until the salsa heated. Enjoy!
