Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cover a large baking sheet with foil & lightly coat with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl mix milk, mustard & honey; add catfish to mixture & stir to coat.
- In a large, zip-close plastic bag combine cracker crumbs, thyme, garlic powder, paprika & cayenne pepper.
- Add coated strips into crumb mixture. Close bag & shake to cover.
- Place strips on baking sheet & lightly coat tops with cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes, or until crispy & golden brown.
