Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450℉.
- Lightly coat pie dish with cooking spray. Place pie crust dish.
- Spread mustard evenly on pie crust leaving space around edges. Sprinkle cheese over mustard evenly & top with Italian seasoning.
- Add tomatoes on top of cheese & drizzle olive oil. Fold pie crust over tomatoes to make a crust. Brush crust edge with egg.
- Bake 15-20 min, or until crust is golden brown, tomatoes are bubbling & cheese is melted.
