  1. In a large skillet heat oil over medium. Add pork & garlic. Cook 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.
  2. Add onion, cauliflower rice, peas & carrots, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, eggs, green onion & lime juice. Stir fry quickly until cauliflower is soft & eggs are cooked.
  3. Serve & enjoy!
