Preparation

  1. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, mayonnaise, mustard & cajun seasoning. Add salmon, peppers, onions & crackers. Mix until all ingredients are combined completely. Shape into four equal-sized patties.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium. Add patties & cook 4-5 minutes per side, or until burgers are golden brown on both sides.
  3. Serve each patty on a bun with lettuce.

Tips

Try with ONIE chipotle mayo, creamy avocado dip or Cilantro lime crema.
