Preparation
- In a large slow cooker, add tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic, chipotle pepper & black pepper. Stir until combined. Add chicken breasts & cover with sauce. Cover & cook on low 6-7 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Using two forks, finely shred chicken.
- Serve rolls filled with chicken, coleslaw mix & extra sauce.
