1. In a large mug, add milk & egg. Whisk with a fork.
  2. Add ham, mushrooms, spinach & cheese into the mug. Mix well.
  3. Microwave on high 2- 2 1/2 minutes, or until the center is solid & has begun to pull away from the mug around the edges.
  4. Serve immediately.
